If you’re reading this I guess you want to know a little about who I am and whether Counselling would be good for you. In which case, hello – nice to meet you!

I started All Is Calm Counselling & Psychotherapy in 2019, after four years training at the University of Leicester and graduating with an FDA in Integrative Counselling. I started this practice because I think I can help people with just the right kind of safe, non-judgemental environment that allows us to get things out in the open, come to terms with them, and move on into a new chapter of life... one that feels loads lighter without carrying these things around.

Clients have found that they are able to manage anxiety, not suffer panic attacks, feel better about themselves and handle their emotions a lot more easily after therapy with me.
I work with clients face to face, or remotely by Zoom or telephone. So you will have a choice between meeting in in central Leicester at Rutland House Counselling & Psychotherapy, where I work as an Associate Practitioner, or attending therapy from the comfort and convenience of your own home. I use a range of unique techniques and exercises that have been specifically designed for working on Zoom that I have developed over the last two years.

I am a registered member of the BACP, and adhere to their ethical, insurance, and data storage guidelines.
